FORMAT
Three games minimum, weather permitting. All first round
games will be scheduled for Saturday. If all games are
rained out, a percentage of the entry fee shall be
refunded. If teams complete at least two games, there shall
be no refund of the entry fee. All preliminary games and
semifinals will be played in 30-minute halves. Finals
shall be played with 45-minute halves in divisions with
semifinals; otherwise finals will have 30-minute halves.

Women's: Open – Competitive - Recreational
Coed: Open – Competitive - Recreational
Final placement in division & bracket will be at the discretion of the Oktoberfest tournament committee. At least four teams are required to form a division/bracket.
NOTE: Women may play on one women's team and one coed team. Men may
play on only one coed team. No more than five (5) guest players allowed per team.
FEES & DEADLINES
Cost per team is $275 per team for early registration by 20 September, and $300 per team from
21 September to 30 September. Only money orders and cashier's checks are acceptable,
and should be payable to HWSA. Payment must be included with entry form. The deadline for all entries is
30 September. NO REFUNDS AFTER THIS DATE except as noted above. A complete set of rules will be included with tournament packets emailed to accepted teams
shortly after the registration deadline.

All teams not registered with Texas
State Soccer Association - South (TSSAS) will be required to present
travel permits at Friday registration. No
exceptions.
AWARDS
Prizes will be awarded to all 1st and 2nd place teams.
ROSTERS
Teams may have a roster of up to 23 players, including a
maximum of five (5) guest players. No roster changes are
permitted after 10 pm, Friday, 9 October. All players must be USASA registered and must have a
current player ID card at the tournament and at Friday night check-in. No exceptions.
