FORMAT
Three games minimum, weather permitting. All first round
games will be scheduled for Saturday. If all games are
rained out, a percentage of the entry fee shall be
refunded. If teams complete at least two games, there shall
be no refund of the entry fee. All preliminary games and
semifinals will be played in 30-minute halves. Finals
shall be played with 45-minute halves in divisions with
semifinals; otherwise finals will have 30-minute halves.
FEES & DEADLINES
Cost per team is $250 per team for early registration (by September
20) and $275 per team from
21 September to 30 September. Only money orders and cashier's checks are acceptable,
and should be payable to HWSA. Payment must be included with entry form. The deadline for entries is
30 September. NO REFUNDS AFTER THIS DATE except as noted above. A complete set of rules will be included with tournament packets emailed to accepted teams
shortly after the registration deadline.

TOURNAMENT
DIVISIONS
Women's: Open - 1st - 2nd - 3rd - 4th
Coed: Open - 1st - 2nd - 3rd
Open is considered the most competitive. The tournament
director reserves the right to combine, add or delete
divisions as necessary.
NOTE: Women may play on one women's team and one coed team. Men may
play on only one coed team.
TRAVEL
PERMITS
All teams not registered with Texas
State Soccer Association - South (TSSAS) will be required to present
travel permits at Friday registration. No
exceptions.
AWARDS
1st place & 2nd place - CASH
ROSTERS
Teams may have a roster of up to 23 players, including a
maximum of 5 guest players. No roster changes are
permitted after 10 pm, Friday, 5 October. A player may play with only one
women's team and one coed team during the tournament (i.e., a woman may
play on one women's team AND one coed team).
