Practice Field Test Program Request Form

Please complete this form to request an HWSA-sponsored practice field for your team. Fields are available Thursday nights at Cullen Park from 7:30 to 8:30 pm and at Bear Creek Park from 8:00 am to 1:00 pm on Saturdays. 

Practice fields will be allocated on a first-come basis no more than 10 days in advance of the reservation date.  A team may only reserve one field each week. Teams are required to have player ID cards at the field. Access to the fields will be strictly controlled by park officials.

Participation in to the program and compliance with rules will be evaluated after a test period. A decision on continuing the program will be made at that point.
