Initial player registration at the beginning of each season must be handled at the league's player registration meeting.  This allows a check of the league's financial records for team registration deposits and outstanding balances owed the league (for fines and other assessments) before a team is allowed to register players. Following the initial player registration meeting, registration materials for additional players  may be mailed to or dropped off at the registration administrator's office.  The office, shared with the Houston Football Association, is located on Town & Country Blvd, near the southeast corner of the Katy Freeway and Beltway 8.

As a reminder, all registration materials (including fees) must be received by (not postmarked by) Tuesday noon to be eligible for play the following Sunday or Monday.

From I-10 westbound  (to San Antonio): exit Beltway 8 feeder road and U-turn under I-10. Just after the turn, look for two buildings on the right with red tile roofs.  The building is set back from the freeway between the two buildings.  As you come into the building, turn right and see the receptionist.

From I-10 eastbound (to downtown): exit Beltway 8 feeder road and continue on feeder under the Beltway. Just after you go under the Beltway, look for two buildings on the right with red tile roofs.  The building is set back from the freeway between the two buildings.  As you come into the building, turn right and see the receptionist.
