March 7, 2001
The
meeting was called to order by Jen Cooper, President, at Saengerbund Hall at
7:30 p.m.

were approved as submitted.
President:

Thank
you Co-ed teams for your patience. Please recheck your schedules to see if any
changes have been made and let us know of any problems immediately.
2.
Co-ed
reps, please pay close attention to specific co-ed rules (i.e. no slide
tackling etc.).
3.
At
the Texas State meeting the state fee has been cut to $2 per player and national
fee has gone up.
4.
Women’s
Select Team tryouts are coming up. Select team is a regional “all-star” team
for South Texas. Tryouts are open to all.
5.
Veterans
Cup O-40 and O-50 are coming up. Please talk to Patty Ernst if you or your team
is interested.
6.
Pam
Cisneros will be leaving in April, this means we are in need of a new
secretary.

Volunteers are needed for a D
& P meeting.

Please
give all new player info to Jen Cooper tonight
2.
If
leaving player information and money at Tom Warzywak’s house, please do not
leave it under the mat. A new place will be designated soon.
Treasurer:
Still working on the books from the
tournament. We have $17179.00 as of now in the account
Senior
Commissioner

Co-ed
State Cup is coming up on March 31st and April 1st, and
the Fiesta Tournament is April 21st-22nd
2.
Co-ed
National Cup will be the last weekend of September in Dallas. All co-ed teams
are eligible. Contact Cassie if interested
Women's
Commissioner:

Standing
have not been placed as of yet.
2.
Recent
rainouts have been rescheduled for the weekend of May 12-13. Since this is
Mother’s Day weekend, let Mary DeBauche know of any conflicts.
Coed
Commissioner:

No
standings as of yet.

Makeup
games have already been rescheduled. Please check the website for dates and
times.
Membership
No report

Scholarship
applications are online, also we will have hard copies at the next league
meeting. All applications are due by April 6th
2.
Mike
Strawn will send out emails about the Quickfoot 6 v 6 soon. All regular players
are welcome to play.
ANNOUNCEMENTS
1.
The
May 2 league meeting had been rescheduled for Wednesday, April 25th.
2.
All
team reps should check game reports after the matches for discrepancies,
injuries, etc.
