The meeting was called to order by Jen Cooper, President, at Saengerbund Hall
at 7:30 p.m.

OFFICERS REPORTS
President:
1.
Congratulations to the Phoenix Co-ed team for their second place showing in the
Sunny Delight 3 V 3 tournament
2.
The WUSA schedule has been completed and is now available through our Webster.
3.
The State meeting will be help on March 3, 2001. Jen and Cassie will be attending
so let them know if there is anything you would like them to bring up.
4.
At this time we do have a shortage of ID cards. To get as many people
registered tonight as possible, all teams with missing players cards will get a
laminated statement with the list of eligible players to be given to the
referee. These will be given to the team reps. before the first match. This
issue of the ID card shortage will be raised at the State meeting
Vice
president:
The
D & P committee met on January 24, 2001 for the interaction between Texas
Heat and United Nomads match. Through unanimous vote, Gabby Espinoza has been
ejected from HWSA for Referee assault. Texas Heat will forfeit their last game,
plus a $150.00 fine for a bench-clearing incident.

Women's Commissioner:
Schedule
is completed and will be on the internet site soon. Please remember to fill out
your game reports fully, that includes team name, dates, players, etc. For rainouts, the hotline will be updated no
later than 3 hours before game time. Those who play at further out fields,
please call the referees and Mary DeBauche and let them know the conditions as
soon as possible so these games may be rescheduled. As for an entire weekend
rain-out, these will be made up on the first available weekend after the season
has ended.

Coordinator:
1.
Cullen and UT Rec fields have availability for Thursday nights. This might give
us an opportunity to organize a Thursday night group. For now these fields will
be used as backup.
2.
Spring Branch fields will be used for backup also. They are planning on
lighting more fields and we will see about using these for Monday and Thursday
nights when available.
OLD
BUSINESS
1.
Division I requests a revote to single referee per game.
2.
There are still women and men who would like to join a team. If you are needed
new players, please see Mike Strawn for Co-ed and Marisa Gutierrez for Women's.
NEW BUSINESS
1. Team Registration is tonight! Please have all forms filled out and ready to
go.
