Practice Field Request Form

Please complete this form to request an HWSA-sponsored practice field for your team.

Available Fields

West Houston: Fridays, 7 - 9 pm (small field)
Bear Creek Park: Weekdays, 5 - 7 pm, Saturdays 8 am - 5 pm (unlit field)
Houston Amateur Sports Park:  Wednesdays, 8 - 10 pm

Practice fields will be allocated on a first-come basis, no more than 10 days in advance of the reservation date. A team may only reserve one field each week.

Requirements/Notes For Using Practice Fields

• Teams are required to have player ID cards at the field for every player attending the practice.
• Team managers are required to bring the field reservation permit issued by HWSA to the practice in case there are any scheduling conflicts.
• Please call the appropriate field hotline before going to the field for your practice to confirm that the fields are open.

• Alcohol and glass containers are prohibited at all fields. HWSA will lose access to these fields if teams/players are found with alcohol at these parks, and severe penalties may be imposed on these teams/players.
• It is your team's responsibility to pick up all trash before leaving the field.
• MOST IMPORTANT: if you are approached by the police, the constable and/or park officials, please be respectful. Access to these practice fields are strictly controlled by park officials.
