We frequently receive questions about routine issues. We ask that you attempt to contact the people directly responsible for these topics first, and then follow up here, if necessary. Below is a short list of topics and the appropriate contact.

We value your input and since most of the league's executive board are active players, we appreciate any attempts to improve the quality of the HWSA experience both on and off the field. Some specifics are below, but all you can find contact information on our contact page.

Registration Issues

Including missing player ID cards, player eligility, roster questions, blank player cards, etc...Contact the Registrar.

Scheduling

This can include rainouts, schedules, make-up games, league policy and rule interpretations. Contact your league comissioner.

Player Issues

Including injuries, USASA insurance, discipline, suspensions, and hearings, contact the Vice President.

Protests and Grievances

You should contact your league commissioner, the Vice President, and the President.

Tournament Travel outside South Texas

You will need proper forms and clearance from the league. Contact the President.

Minutes and Fines

For meeting records, including outstanding fines for players, contact the Secretary.
